At NorCal Gun Services in Rocklin, we offer legal firearm transfer services to help you follow the law and avoid serious legal issues. Private Party Transfers between two individuals must happen in person at our Placer County gun store, where we will help walk you through every step. The buyer must present valid ID, proof of residency, and a Firearm Safety Certificate (FSC), and pass a background check.
